Teresa Cortez (Portugal) works in several areas: installation/site-specific, ceramics, animation and illustration. Teresa has a degree in Painting and a master in Multimedia Art from the College of Fine Arts of Lisbon. Since 2003 she illustrates covers, magazines, posters and records. Teresa colaborated with illustration and animation projects for Discos Pataca, EMI, Universal, Take It Easy, Ink Publishing, 2034, Bayard Jeunesse, Tcharan and Pato Lógico. In 2011 she was selected for the Illustrators Exhibition at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair and also recieved the award for Best Portuguese Super Short at Lisbon Animated Film Festival Monstra.
