Claraboya | March 2025 | 64 pages | 25 x 18 cm | hardcover

An inspiring story of an indigenous girl that highlights the strength and role of women in their communities, sparking essential conversations about territory, colonization, and the right to exist—past and present.

This story takes us to the territory of the southernmost indigenous people of the American continent: the Yaganes. This historical fiction book evokes a travel notebook, with illustrations done in watercolor and ink. In its pages we trace the story of a Yagan girl in a stage prior to the arrival of Europeans to this territory, with a story about the daily life, customs and spirituality of her people. The story is divided into six moments that highlight the relevant milestones of family life and its culture.
