The Green Girls

Las niñas verdes

Luz Malamud & Nadia Romero Marchesini

Claraboya | APRIL 2024 | 32 PAGES | 20 X 25 CM | Hardcover

In this narrative poem full of symbolism, a little girl becomes sick from having eaten a plant she should not eat, and this produces a growing and dominant anguish in her mother and neighbors. The characters' worry and anxiety surround the girl until help arrives in an unexpected way: the moon enters the little girl's house and takes away, at least a little, the green color of the illness. What kind of connection does the girl have with that moon that is now also green?
