Bruno Borges (Portugal) is a painter, illustrator and comics author. Published in Portugal and abroad, his work is also regularly present in small press and art galleries, such as MCO, Artfit, Sopro, Magda Bellotti (Spain) and Silas Marder (USA). He participated with comics and illustrations in various publishing projects (Chili Com Carne, Stripburger, Novo Doba, kuš!, Komikaze, Silent Army) and in 2011 had his work included in the exhibition “Tinta nos Nervos, Contemporary Portuguese Comics”. Founding member of the magazine Buraco and part of the artistic collective Oficina Arara, he recently created his own publishing house – O Gorila – specialized in zines and other troglodyte manufactures.
