«He’s small, gray and square, do not be afraid, come on! Close your eyes and then see ... look closely, it’s him, it’s Love! «

Benjamin Chaud has created several hugely popular series for children, such as Pomelo or La Fée Coquillette. He describes himself in the following way: “I was born in 1975 in a small village in the Hautes-Alpes, in France. After losing all chance of one day succeeding as a competitive skier, I moved to Paris to study applied arts, and then decorative arts in Strasbourg with Claude Lapointe. I have been a children’s books author and illustrator ever since, meaning that I draw garden-dwelling elephants and other fun little creatures.”
