This story, by Cervantes Prize winner Ida Vitale and Argentinian illustrator María Fló, takes place in Nodar, a country so lost on the map that one day even winter arrives when it is not its turn. There are clouds, snow, wind, rusty musicians, and birds that don’t know how to let people know what’s going on.

There is also poetry, because this story was written by the great Ida Vitale, one of the most important poets in Latin America. In each sentence there is a melody that hums and vibrates and that never goes out of tune. Illustrations by María Fló finish building a landscape that is halfway between reality and dream.
