This book is not only a book of verses and jokes, surprise! It’s much more than that. This book is the experience, the emotions, the voice –even the occasional desperate scream– of all those women who suddenly, one day, became mothers, or not, and had crazy hallucinations over it.

LAURA TORNÉ is a writer, copywriter and mother. She opened an Instagram account called @elembarazodelosunicornios (literally, “the pregnancy of unicorns”) when she became pregnant and discovered that real motherhood was not as rosy as it was made out to be. One thing led to another and finally she wrote a book, a little piece of her love story with Martino, the part with diapers, sleepless nights, smiles, tears and infinite magic.

MARTINO PANNOFINO is a multidisciplinary designer, specialized in editorial design, visual communication and art direction. His work includes conceptualization, naming, graphic design, advertising, illustration.
